Essex Fire Museum Open Day

The museum on the site of the working Grays fire station opens its doors from 10.30am to 4pm, with vintage fire engines and displays telling the history of firefighting in Essex. Visitors can climb aboard an appliance, try hose practice and use the interactive fire safety room, with further open days on 27 September and 22 November 2026.
