Short version: we hold your email and postcode to send you one weekly email you asked for, and nothing else.

What we collect

If you join the newsletter we store your email address, your postcode and its approximate coordinates, and the date you signed up. If you submit an event we store what you typed in the form. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no trackers.

How it is used

Your postcode is used only to work out which listed events are nearest to you for the weekly email. We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone. Emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes your address solely to deliver our messages.

The postcode search

The shows-near-me search sends the postcode you type to postcodes.io, a free open service, to look up coordinates. We do not see or store it.

Leaving

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes your record immediately. You can also email hello@tractionaction.co.uk to have anything we hold about you removed.
