Barry Festival of Transport

Cardiff Transport Preservation Group's annual festival fills the Barry Island promenade and Nell's Point car park with hundreds of classic buses, cars and commercial vehicles. Free vintage bus services, including open-toppers, shuttle between the group's Barry depot, the Docks Office and the Island throughout the day. The 2026 event was held on Sunday 14 June; the 2027 date is yet to be announced but the festival is normally held in mid June.
