Beamish Festival of Transport 2027

Beamish's annual transport festival ran over nine days in late May 2026, opening with the Fares Please! bus weekend and closing with Power from the Past, which brings road steam engines, cars and motorcycles onto the museum roads. The working tramway and vintage buses circle the site throughout, with the narrow gauge locomotives Glyder and Samson also in steam; 2027 dates are yet to be announced.
