FFF&B Ploughing Match 2027 (Fairford, Faringdon, Filkins & Burford)

The FFF&B Ploughing Society match is one of the largest one-day ploughing matches in the country, rotating around the farms of its four namesake towns each September. The 2026 match at Red Barn, Ashbury put over 140 tractors on the stubble with two sets of steam ploughing tackle working, heavy horses and a country show alongside, and TractionAction was in the crowd: it is everything a local match should be. The 2027 match moves to Little Faringdon Road at Langford, announced for Saturday 25 September.
