Watercress Line Autumn Steam Gala

Three-day gala over the 10-mile line between Alresford and Alton with a strong guest line-up: A4 No 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley, Battle of Britain No 34059 Sir Archibald Sinclair, Ivatt tank 41313, GWR heavy freight tank 4247 and Hall No 6989 Wightwick Hall. Trains run from 9am to 5pm on an enhanced timetable, with free behind the scenes tours of the Ropley workshop bookable in advance.
