Shardlow Historic Transport Gathering
Shardlow Historic Transport Gathering has finished for 2026. It ran Sat 12 – Sun 13 Sep 2026 at Canal Bank, Shardlow inland port, Trent and Mersey Canal, Derbyshire.
Events like this are usually annual. We have not yet had next year's date confirmed by Shardlow Historic Transport Gathering — once it is, we will update this page and add it back to canal & waterway events. Get the weekly email and you will hear about it as soon as it lands.
Historic narrowboats moor along Canal Bank in Shardlow, one of Britain's best preserved inland canal ports, joined by vintage vehicles for a weekend transport gathering. All historic boats are welcome and the village's 18th century warehouses provide the backdrop.
